If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern SCUBADIVE’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘SCUBADIVE’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Delivery Policy
What are my delivery options to the UK and how much do they cost?
All shipments are sent on a 24hr courier service
When will the order ship?
All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available - subject to payment authorisation.
Please Note. Where items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.
Can I use an alternative delivery address?
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes, when we despatch your order we will email you with the tracking details
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, as a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery.
Can I Collect My Order?
Orders can be collected directly from us in the Bromsgrove area one night each week, please email for details and select collection as the option.
Just select "collection" as your delivery option when you checkout and we'll email you when we've picked it and it's ready for collection.
Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties
We are not VAT registered, and do not ship outside of the mainland UK.
What if something is missing, damaged or faulty?
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately (within 48 hours of reciept) by email to shop@scubadive.uk.com.
Do not sign for damaged parcels, if there is any doubt you must sign for the parcel "unchecked". If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Services they can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.
If your goods have gone missing for UK orders we have to wait 5 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Simply Scuba.
However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 7 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs).
Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.
How do I return an item?
Email shop@scubadive.uk.com for a returns authorisation number.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.
Can I exchange items?
Yes of course, just follow the instructions above for a return and we’ll do the rest.
When a replacement is required urgently, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the replacement item first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above to return the original goods for a refund.
Course Terms and Conditions
- You shall be sure you are medically fit to dive prior to booking the course, in line with the PADI Medical statement.
- Courses can only be cancelled prior to the first class / pool / dive session. After course materials have been issued, a £20 admin fee will be charged on top of the RRP of materials received.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice will be subject to a £30 per session administration charge.
- All non-professional courses must be completed with in 3 months of booking. An administration fee of £30 per quarter will be payable for late completion. All courses must be completed with 12 months.
- Major items of equipment are included in the Open Water & Advanced courses only. Please discuss you requirements prior to booking.
- Booking of or payment for any course via this website is deemed to be acceptance of these terms.
